At this retreat we focus on slowing down, de-stressing and letting go. You will learn different yoga and meditation techniques, breath-work with the focus on rest & deep relaxation, yin yoga, nidra and hatha. Practice philosophy and storytelling.

You will practice physical, mental and emotional flexibility. Learns to let go of old habits and bagage that no longer serves you. And identify and implement a positive new routine to add to your life. One that brings you more direction and peace.


 We discuss daily practice and develop healthy routines and structure. Ideal for those who are looking to deepen their practice. Get ready for winter with this nurturing and stimulating retreat.

In an inspiring environment with comfortable beds and delicious organic and vegetarian food, prepared especially for us by a private chef who will spoil us with culinary delights every day.


No experience is required and none of the activities are mandatory. They are above all an invitation to try new things and discover what suits you and what gets your energy flowing.

This time we invite you to join us at 'Wierschuur Nieuwland' in the northern part of The Netherlands . A spacious, luxurious and attractive estate at the foot of 'the Afsluitdijk'. Near the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. 

Far away from the hustle and bustle and at the same time easily accessible from Amsterdam Airport, by only a 50 minute drive. This is an ideal location to experience life in all its simplicity.


There are miles of farm roads that invite you to beautiful hikes, you can wander endlessly over the mudflats. The perfect place to gain inspiration, make decisions or simply enjoy being together.
